Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that empower our sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, enabling scalable, AI-driven solutions that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce across the organization. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)., • Salesforce Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I., • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred., • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering/development experience., • Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions in support of sales and commercial teams., • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration tools., • Demonstrated ability to implement AI solutions in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, predictive modeling, or third-party AI tools) for commercially driven objectives., • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot). Skills & Competencies • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Ability to work independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments., • Experience delivering via Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) required

Under limited direction of the Regional Director of Property Management of HumanGood, the Regional Property Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the properties assigned. This will include assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the housing programs. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm This position travels to visit communities in their region approx. 50% of the time. ** Salary Range: $85-100K (Depending on Experience) To be successful in this role you should have: * 5+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager or in a similar multi-site property management role required. * Experience overseeing four (4) or more properties simultaneously required. • Bachelor degree in business or related field or commensurate work experience., • 5 or more years’ property management experience with an emphasis in HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit affordable housing., • Minimum of five years’ experience in a supervisory role providing leadership in affordable housing., • Knowledge of property management principles and practices, with particular reference to government assisted and/or other assisted housing operations and administration., • Experience with accounting information systems, fund accounting, and internal controls., • Experience in strategic and corporate planning and preparing estimated annual budgets. The following duties are normal for this position. These are not exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. • Performs Administrator duties in the absence of the Administrator. Provides quality supervision of administrative, financial and physical management of all the communities assigned. Provides resource information and assistance to Administrators on a daily basis., • Adequately delegates responsibilities that create responsibility. Monitors and ensures standards are met. Ensures properties are operated in a manner consistent with HumanGood' s procedures., • Understands the applicable federal or state housing programs(s) and HumanGood’ s Affordable Housing Operation Policies, HUD and LIHTC or Agency Handbooks, the implementation and compliance requirements thereof, and prescribed maintenance and record keeping relating to leasing and occupancy of applicants and tenants of the properties assigned., • Serves as a liaison between Boards of Directors (BOD) and HumanGood with assistance from the Administrator by professionally representing HumanGood in board meetings and ensuring follow up and implementation of pertinent items discussed or requested by the BOD., • Prepares and submits rent increases request, replacement & reserve draws approval & monitor and implements., • Is responsible for marketing and leasing of new developments and taking over apartment communities., • Assumes responsibility for the compliance of the resident selection process support and guidance to the RHA during the rent-up period on new developments.
