Position Overview We are seeking an AI Operations & Implementation Specialist to help design, deploy, and operationalize AI systems, workflow automations, reporting infrastructure, and operational intelligence solutions for a variety of businesses and industries. This role will support AI adoption, systems optimization, workflow automation, reporting enhancement, and operational transformation initiatives across finance, operations, business development, and reporting environments. The ideal candidate is highly operational, systems-oriented, technically curious, and capable of translating business problems into scalable technology-enabled workflows and operational solutions. This individual should be comfortable operating between business users, leadership teams, and technical resources to help drive implementation from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled workflows and operational systems, • Support operational improvement initiatives related to:, • Finance & reporting, • CRM & business development, • Recruiting & HR, • Knowledge management, • Project management, • Workflow automation, • KPI tracking and reporting, • Data aggregation and operational intelligence, • Assist in building and maintaining AI agents, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure, • Support integrations between platforms such as:, • Airtable, • Slack, • HubSpot, • Notion, • Google Workspace, • Zapier / Make, • Tableau / Power BI, • Accounting and reporting systems, • Participate in process mapping, systems architecture, workflow redesign, and reporting infrastructure initiatives, • Build SOPs, implementation documentation, training materials, and operational process guides, • Test, QA, and optimize workflows prior to deployment, • Support AI adoption, workflow automation, reporting infrastructure, and operational intelligence initiatives, • Assist with implementation of KPI dashboards, business intelligence reporting, data aggregation systems, and workflow automation solutions, • Work alongside leadership and technical resources to execute operational transformation initiatives Qualifications Core Requirements • 3+ years of experience in operations, systems implementation, automation, consulting, business transformation, RevOps, finance operations, business intelligence, or a related role, • Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools, workflow automations, operational systems, or reporting infrastructure in a real business environment, • Strong understanding of how businesses operate across functions such as finance, operations, business development, HR, recruiting, reporting, and project management, • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable workflows, systems, automation solutions, and reporting environments, • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, • High attention to detail with strong documentation and process design capabilities, • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with leadership teams and operational stakeholders Technical & Systems Experience • Hands-on experience working with AI tools and LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar technologies, • Experience implementing or managing workflow automation tools such as:, • Zapier, • Make, • Airtable, • Notion, • Slack workflows, • HubSpot, • Google Workspace, • Monday.com / Asana / ClickUp / Jira, • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems, • Ability to understand automation logic, relational databases, workflow dependencies, and operational architecture, • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including process modeling, operational reporting, and data analysis, • Experience building dashboards, reporting workflows, KPI tracking systems, or business intelligence environments, • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms preferred, • Comfort working alongside developers and technical teams to operationalize solutions Strongly Preferred • Experience within consulting, private equity, transaction advisory, accounting, finance, professional services, or portfolio operations environments, • Experience implementing systems or automation within high-growth or entrepreneurial businesses, • Exposure to AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, knowledge management systems, or internal AI tooling, • Experience with CRM implementation, RevOps workflows, pipeline management, or operational reporting environments, • Familiarity with SQL, Python, scripting, or low-code/no-code development environments, • Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and internal systems rollouts, • Experience working directly with executive leadership teams or clients on operational transformation initiatives Traits We Value • Ownership mentality and strong bias toward execution, • Highly resourceful and able to operate independently, • Naturally curious about AI, systems, automation, and operational efficiency, • Strong business judgment and problem-solving capabilities, • Ability to balance speed with attention to detail, • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where processes are continuously improving, • Excited about building systems from the ground up rather than maintaining mature infrastructure Compensation • Competitive base salary, • Performance-based bonus opportunities, • Flexible/hybrid work environment, • Significant career growth opportunity as STOC continues scaling its AI, automation, and operational intelligence capabilities Why Join STOC?
