This role sits at the center of digital operations and is responsible for translating existing content into sustained growth, engagement, and brand equity. The organization already produces high-quality content; the mandate for this role is to deeply understand how platforms work and ensure that content is distributed, timed, monitored, and optimized correctly. This is a hands-on role for a platform-native operator who understands algorithms, analytics, audience behavior, and brand impact—and is comfortable being accountable for results. The Mandate This organization is very clear about what it is—and is not—seeking. They are not looking for a content creator, editor, or coordinator who is learning platforms as they go. They are seeking a Social Media Manager with deep, working knowledge of how major platforms function—particularly YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Reddit—and how to use data, timing, and engagement mechanics to drive growth and protect brand narrative. This role requires availability, responsiveness, and a mindset aligned with real-time media, global audiences, and brand stewardship. Key Responsibilities • Own execution and performance across YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Reddit, with primary focus on YouTube, • Publish daily content on a consistent schedule, including early-morning posting windows, • Monitor comments, engagement, and sentiment immediately after posting to identify issues or guide narrative as needed, • Respond in real time to platform developments, breaking moments, or emerging conversations, including off-hours when required, • Analyze platform performance, algorithms, and audience behavior to inform posting strategy and optimization, • Track analytics, trends, and growth metrics to understand what is working and why, • Protect and maintain brand voice, tone, and positioning across all platforms, • Identify missed opportunities for engagement, amplification, and audience growth, • Partner with internal teams to align social execution with tours, releases, and key moments, • Use sound judgment to assess what helps or hurts the brand in fast-moving public environmentsIdeal Profile, • 5+ years of experience managing high-visibility social media platforms for a brand, creator, or media property, • Deep understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, analytics, and distribution strategy, • Particular strength across YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Reddit, • Marketing- and branding-minded with strong instincts for audience perception and brand impact, • Comfortable operating in real-time, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional off-hours when needed, • Data-informed decision-maker who can explain why something works or doesn't, • Highly accountable, responsive, and proactive, • Calm under pressure and confident guiding narrative when necessaryLocation & Work Model, • 5x Onsite Per Week in West Hollywood Office LocationCompensation, • Base salary: $85,000 – $125,000 If this role aligns with your background—or you know someone with strong touring or live events operations experience who may be a fit—we welcome a confidential conversation.
