Lead Medical Coordinator is the key monitor of patients' health through observing and assessing their records, symptoms, and reactions to treatment and care. They often have extensive interaction with the UC as well, guiding and instructing them in aftercare measures. The LMC is devoted to the delivery of medical care with the emphasis on disease prevention and health maintenance while ensuring compliance with State licensing, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), and all policies and procedures implemented by CFRC.
