The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing a wide variety of building maintenance and repair work involving carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, plumbing or other mechanical and maintenance skills. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Painting: Performs painting as needed including painting shelves, cabinets, furniture, motors, and other mechanical equipment and touch-up painting on the interior and exterior surfaces., • Responds to diagnoses, and resolves plumbing emergencies., • Plumbing: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures., • Electrical Installation and Maintenance: Performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance, alteration and repair of wiring, electrical appliances, and handling of heavy equipment. Position Summary: The Front Office Clerk is responsible for activities that result in complete, accurate and timely admission and registration of all patients prior to being seen by a medical provider at TCC Family Health, “Serving Children and Their Families”(TCC). The registration process includes completing accurate and timely data entry of patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system (EPIC), verifying insurance eligibility and enrolling un-insured patients into programs for the uninsured. The front office clerk must complete pertinent registration and enrollment forms and enter patient demographic information into various internet-based computer application systems. The front office clerk adheres to all patient confidentiality policies and is responsible for carrying out job assignments in a pleasant and respectful manner. The Front Office Clerk will process FMLA, EDD, and other medical forms associated with women's health. This employee must be responsible, reliable and dependable.
