Job DescriptionJob Title: Cleanroom TechnicianJob Description As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining a controlled environment for medical device packaging and assembly. Your responsibilities include operating stretch wrappers safely, managing inventory through the warehouse management system, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production operations. Responsibilities • Accurately follow manufacturing documentation procedures when moving materials with a forklift., • Assist and mentor less experienced material handlers as needed., • Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse inventory by properly placing products., • Adhere to all safety and quality policies, including GMPs and sanitation standards., • Promote cleanliness and orderliness in compliance with AIB/5S and company standards., • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives such as LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma., • Understand and meet customer production requirements., • Stop any process that does not meet food safety or quality standards., • Handle hazardous and chemical waste according to procedures and training., • Prepare records, manifests, and shipping papers for hazardous and non-hazardous waste.Essential Skills, • Experience working in a cleanroom environment., • Proficiency in medical device packaging and assembly., • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and demonstrate strong hand dexterity., • Skilled in performing inspections and ensuring product quality.Additional Qualifications, • Comfortable working in a cleanroom and standing for extended periods., • Ability to provide two professional references., • Full cleanroom environment requiring gowning (including face masks)., • Strict dress code: no snow boots, open-toed shoes, cologne, jewelry, or perfume., • Work hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM., • Personal lockers available (bring your own lock). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT PAUL, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
