Why You’ll Love Working Here • A trust-based culture that values accountability, collaboration, and mutual respect, • Leadership that encourages autonomy and smart decision-making, • Long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and service - the company’s defining core values, • Transparent communication where every team member is heard and supported, • A growth-focused environment where initiative and drive are recognized and rewarded, • Pride in building meaningful infrastructure that supports California’s futureWhat You’ll DoAs the Project Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and within scope, all while maintaining alignment with client and internal expectations., • Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, • Interpret project documents including plans, specifications, bid packages, and soils reports to validate deliverables and risk areas, • Develop detailed project budgets and cost forecasts, identifying value engineering or cost-saving opportunities, • Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and procurement documentation, • Conduct and lead pre-construction meetings and ongoing site meetings to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders, • Provide leadership and direction to superintendents, engineers, and field crews to maintain production and safety standards, • Review project deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision and timeliness, • Track budgets, timelines, and production reports through detailed data analysis and field feedback, • Partner with accounting and administration teams on progress billings and cost-to-complete reporting, • Support company compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual standards on every project, • Oversee project closeout activities including final documentation, warranty letters, and as-built recordsLeadership & Character QualitiesSuccess in this position depends as much on mindset as technical capability.
