Job Description We are a busy, boutique immigration law firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: * Manage phones, emails, scheduling, and general office correspondence * Assist attorneys with case preparation and document management * Handle client intake and maintain case tracking systems * Perform light bookkeeping, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking * Coordinate filing, scanning, and record organization * Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: * Prior administrative or legal office experience preferred (immigration law experience a plus) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and time management abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools * Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus We offer a collegial, mission-driven environment where your contributions make a real difference for our clients.
