Job Description Director of Sales Operations – EmpowerHome Full-Time | In-Office | Leadership Role The Director of Sales Operations is a mission-critical leader at EmpowerHome, responsible for driving performance, ensuring smooth business execution, and fostering sustainable growth at the local level. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational sales leader on the ground — onboarding new agents, coaching them through our proven systems, and equipping the entire team to deliver world-class client service and results. You’ll combine leadership, sales operations expertise, and a coaching mindset to accelerate both agent success and company growth.
