Learn more about what we do at: About the Role The Meetings and Administrative Coordinator will support the Content Science Teams and the Olathe Facility. The Content Science Teams consist of four departments: Assessment Services, Licensure, Statistical Reporting & Analytics, and Content Management. The role will provide administrative support and coordinate meeting planning for internal and external in-person meetings. This position is based in our Olathe, KS office and reports to the Meetings & Administrative Manager. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and track SME meeting participation and requests., • Process and track SME reimbursements., • Distribute Post-ERC surveys., • Prepare Accounts Payable forms., • Coordinate and maintain reference book libraries and projectors, • Coordinate and ship meeting materials (e.g., reference books, projectors)., • Project scheduling and planning (e.g., Jira) * Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Experience in meeting planning and/or Certified Meeting Professional certification., • Office administrative support experience strongly preferred., • Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office products., • Strong proofreading, English grammar, and editing skills., • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute., • Ability to exercise discretion and integrity with company information.
