Job Description Project Manager / Sales (Exterior Systems & Masonry) Centurion Stone of Chattanooga Chattanooga, TN | Full-Time The Opportunity Centurion Stone of Chattanooga is a leading supplier and installer of manufactured stone, brick, stucco, EIFS, block, and other exterior cladding systems across the Southeast. We partner with builders, contractors, and homeowners to deliver high-quality, detail-driven installations that elevate every project. We're hiring a Sales / Project Manager to own projects from first client interaction through final installation-balancing client relationships, estimating, and execution with precision. This is a frontline role for someone who is: • Strong with clients, • Technically competent in construction What You'll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and internal teams, • Manage projects from estimate → contract → scheduling → installation → closeout, • Perform takeoffs, estimating, and proposal development for masonry and exterior systems, • Drive sales and revenue growth through relationship-building and responsiveness, • Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution, • Maintain accurate project data in company systems (CRM / project management tools), • Proactively identify and solve issues before they impact schedule or client experience, • 3-7+ years of experience in construction, project management, or related field, • Strong working knowledge of masonry, stone veneer, stucco, or exterior systems (strongly preferred), • Proven ability to manage both clients and projects simultaneously, • High level of computer proficiency (estimating tools, CRM, construction software), • Ability to read plans, perform takeoffs, and understand scope details, • Excellent communication skills-professional, responsive, and relationship-driven, • Spanish language skills are a strong asset, • Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally systems-minded, • A growth mindset, looking to work in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling company, • Experience in a design-build or specialty trade contractor environment, • Familiarity with platforms like JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar systems, • Ability to balance sales mindset with operational execution, • Base Salary: $50,000, • On-Target Earnings: $95,000-$115,000+, • Performance-Based Commission Structure: • Commission is structured around a target rate of ~4% of total project value (e.g., ~$40,000 on a $1M project)., • Earnings are directly tied to project profitability-full commission is achieved when projects meet or exceed projected margins. • Opportunity to grow into senior leadership or division management, • Established, reputable company with strong industry relationships, • Aggressive growth plans in place, • Diverse mix of residential and commercial projects, • Leadership that values accountability, quality, and professionalism To be considered, please apply through this posting.
