Position Summary: The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, processing orders, and supporting both sales and operational functions. This role handles ecommerce order entry, credits, returns, invoicing, shipping coordination, and customer account setup, including credit checks. The representative provides exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, while also conducting outbound sales calls to develop new business and strengthen existing relationships. Additional responsibilities include checking inventory, coordinating with overseas manufacturers, and assisting the Marketing and Accounting departments. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Inside sales represented inbound and outbound call and email marketing material for customers., • Input order/export all ecommerce orders, credits and returns into the database, • Checking credit references for new customers, • Answering incoming calls., • Process order, post invoice, ship order., • Responded to Customer Service email retail and wholesale., • Make outbound sale call to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships., • Service walks in customer, ringing the sale., • Check stock, coordinator with oversea manufacture., • Assistance Marketing and Accounting Deptartment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Are very detail-oriented and accurate, • Having strong telephone communication skills, • Having excellent customer service skills are computer literate, • High-energy and teamwork, • Microsoft, excel, word, window, • Eager to work and in an energetic customer oriental environment with customers., • Support sale representative out in the field also., • High school diploma or GED is required., • Required drug /alcohol test and background check., • USA citizenship.
