This role guides strategic planning within the marketing team, and manages external vendor relationships while delivering high-impact branding, events, and internal marketing initiatives. This individual partners closely with senior management to translate company vision into cohesive marketing strategies that support growth, culture, and long-term brand equity. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader, strong communicator, and thoughtful strategist who can balance creativity, operational excellence, and people leadership.
