The successful candidate will play a significant role in shaping the company's strategic financial direction by providing key insights and analysis that influence decision-making at the highest levels. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis, • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets, • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve profitability, drive growth, reduce costs, and minimize risks, • Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports on financial results, including variances to our business plan, to senior management and other stakeholders, • Collaborate with various teams across the company to understand business trends and link them to financial results, • Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting exercises, • Evaluate business initiatives and investments for financial viability and returns, and present findings to senior management, • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred, • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial analysis role, • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, • Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow models, • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
