Job Description We are seeking an experienced Tier 2/3 IT Support Engineer with 6–10+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced MSP or multi-tenant environment. The ideal candidate has excellent troubleshooting skills, a positive and professional attitude, strong client-facing communication abilities, and the desire to work with a collaborative team that values quality, integrity, and continuous learning. This role is in-office (Houston, TX 77056) and includes on-site work at client locations as needed. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team while providing outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting • Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for desktops, servers, cloud systems, and networking environments., • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to:, • Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune/Autopilot, AVD), • Microsoft 365 apps and services, • Windows Server, Hyper-V and Windows 11, • Network connectivity and equipment (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti), • Manage tickets, incidents, and escalations within SLA expectations., • Work on-site with clients as needed to resolve issues, complete projects, or perform installations., • Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, stakeholders, and internal team members., • Assist with Azure migrations, M365 implementations, server deployments, network upgrades, and security enhancements., • Participate in recurring MSP projects and ongoing system maintenance., • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule:, • Monday–Friday: 5:00pm–9:00pm (Central), • Saturday–Sunday: 8:30am–9:00pm (Central) Required Skills & Experience • 6–10+ years of progressive IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred)., • Strong proficiency with:, • Microsoft Azure & Entra ID, • SharePoint Online, • Intune/Autopilot & modern device management, • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), • Windows Server (2016–2025), Windows Desktop Versions, • Microsoft 365 administration, • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs), • Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and/or Ubiquiti networking stacks, • iOS device configuration and support, • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking abilities., • Passion for learning new technologies and expanding technical skillsets., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to also collaborate as part of a small, high-performing team., • Reliable transportation for local client visits.
