Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Leadership • Schedule new client referrals and coordinate start-of-care services, • Optimize caregiver schedules to improve efficiency and continuity of care, • Manage daily scheduling changes due to call-outs, staffing needs, and client requests, • Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately, • Manage daily/weekly schedules for homecare and facility cases, ensuring full coverage and authorization compliance., • Resolve scheduling conflicts and address missed visit issues, EVV concerns, and caregiver clockin/out training. Meet with field staff as needed to address concerns, • Audit schedules for accuracy, payer compliance, and EMR documentation requirements., • Handle cancellations, confirm weekend schedules, and ensure accurate data entry., • Accept new referrals, communicate with referral sources and support relationships with partners., • Lead and supervise internal and remote scheduling team, including training and mentoring team, • Monitor team workload, collaborate across offices, and participate in staff meetings and KPI reviews., • Assist with performance monitoring, workflow improvements, and afterhours OnCall participation., • Ensure schedulers follow company protocols and standards HR, Recruiting & Compliance • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, field supervision scheduling, and staff availability management., • Track attendance, callouts, and documentation; help with HR audits and performance reviews., • Conduct and support investigations, including DPH matters and QA follow-ups.Payroll, Data & Reporting, • Verify schedules for payroll accuracy and assist with weekly payroll processing., • Maintain EMR data integrity and prepare reports for management., • Monitor overtime, secure approvals, and propose coverage alternatives.Client & Caregiver Relations, • Serve as the point of contact for escalated scheduling concerns., • Maintain professional communication with clients, caregivers, and case managers., • Answer phones, manage correspondence, support filing, and uphold confidentiality standards., • Assist with Scanning and organizing documents, • Prepare documents for audit and compliance reviews Qualifications • Associate degree in business preferred, or equivalent experience., • Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in Homecare, • Leadership or supervisory experience, • Strong communication, problemsolving, and independent decisionmaking skills., • Ability to work with diverse populations including elderly, disabled, and emotionally distressed individuals., • Detailoriented, flexible, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
