If you're skilled with traffic systems, cameras, or low‑voltage networks—and want a role with real growth potential. 🌟 Why This Role Stands Out⭐ Exceptional Benefits & Work-Life Balance • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • 401(k) with company match, • Employer-paid life insurance, • Tuition assistance for career development, • Paid time off & holiday schedule, • Flexible work hours—no more than 40 hours/week, • Wellness benefits & relocation assistance⭐ Tools, Vehicle & Career Investment, • Company vehicle provided, • Full tool program, • Full PPE provided, • Training, certifications, and clear promotional paths, • Employee referral bonuses (earn extra cash!)⭐ Stable Schedule in Sunny Arizona, • Consistent first-shift work (Monday–Friday) You will: • Maintain and repair traffic cameras and video surveillance systems, • Replace devices, terminate connections, and ensure accurate configuration, • Troubleshoot wire faults, fiber networks, and device issues, • Assign and program device addresses, • Perform lens cleaning, firmware updates, and hardware inspections, • Resolve network issues affecting video streaming or image quality, • Install, test, and certify Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber-optic cabling, • Collaborate with traffic engineers to optimize camera placement, • Maintain detailed service documentation, • Ensure all work meets NEC, MUTCD, and National Code standards🧩 What You BringRequired, • IMSA Traffic Signal Technician I or II certification, • Strong understanding of traffic engineering or transportation systems, • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow NEC guidelines, • Skilled with camera platforms such as Axis, Avigilon, or Alta, • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spacesPreferred, • Advanced networking or computer troubleshooting skills, • CDL license, • Strong communication & customer service abilities, • Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks🌤️ Work Environment, • Outdoor fieldwork in all weather conditions, • New construction sites and active roadways, • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, • Expect a moderately loud environment This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
