Job Description Basic Function: Under the supervision of the Outpatient Clinical Manager, Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, and School Based Clinical Team Lead, the School-Based Psychotherapist provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services to children and adolescents within a school-based setting. Services are delivered onsite at an assigned school as part of Ada S. McKinley’s Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. The clinician is expected to maintain an average of five (5) billable service hours per workday in accordance with program expectations and Illinois Medicaid Rule 132 service definitions. Billable services may include individual therapy, group services, and collateral consultations with school staff and parents/guardians. Each clinician is assigned to one school per day and works collaboratively with school personnel to support students’ emotional wellness and academic engagement. In this Role, you will: · Facilitate the admissions process from beginning to end and gather pertinent information along the way. · Conduct clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments with youth and families who seek residential placement at Mercy Home. · Review psychological, educational, familial, vocational, legal, substance abuse, and other pertinent records to assess the appropriateness of placement. · Make collateral calls or visits to conduct steps of the process or corroborate information gathered during the assessment. · Prepare thorough written reports for each youth assessed in a timely manner. · Provide an interpretation of psychological testing measures in each written report. · Act as advocate for and facilitator of youth at multi-disciplinary staffings for Agency decision regarding determination and treatment planning. · Develop genograms and eco-maps. · Participate in meetings with individual Residential Program coworkers when requested. · Facilitate parent support groups, engage in individual and family therapy and supervise clinical interns. · Employ all aspects of de-escalation and behavior management techniques as outlined in CPI protocol. · Actively participate in regular supervision meeting, monthly clinician meetings and Family Therapy Initiative (FIT) meetings as well as regular clinical supervision meetings with Clinical Director · Actively engage in learning and integrating developmentally appropriate, attachment-informed, and trauma-responsive theory and practice consistent with the Mercy Model of Care. · Learn, align with, and execute the treatment philosophies, modalities and practice. · Provide safe transportation for youth and their support systems, following agency policy and state laws. · Assist with crisis management and de-escalation as needed with individual/families in admissions procession, transition from Admissions to program, and supporting programs as needed · As needed, to conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions on short-term basis to support program in crisis and when short-staffed. The Family Development Specialist (FDS) is responsible for assisting families in supporting their children’s development and their family’s wellbeing to ensure that children are ready to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. The FDS identifies family strengths and needs, and helps ensure that Family/Child Goals are relevant and meaningful for the parents and that there is a home plan being implemented to support achievement of goals. Participant Service Delivery & Family Engagement • Manage a caseload of 34 assigned children and families. As Senior Manager, Digital Paid Media, you'll blend data, technology, and creativity to drive measurable growth reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time. This role sits within our Acquisition Marketing team and is pivotal in shaping how Sono Bello attracts and attracts new patients. You'll define strategy, partner closely with our media agency, and stay hands-on in the details from campaign setup to data tracking, ensuring seamless execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: • Lead digital media strategy and execution across paid channels to deliver qualified leads and patient growth., • Partner with our agency to set goals, optimize performance, and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes., • Manage budgets, pacing, and channel mix for maximum ROI., • Build and oversee tagging, tracking, and measurement in partnership with analytics and technology teams., • Translate marketing goals into actionable media strategies and campaigns that connect directly to revenue outcomes., • Use data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and refine targeting., • Stay hands-on with campaign setup and troubleshooting, comfortable reviewing account structures, implementing tags, and validating tracking., • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and video marketing partners to align messaging and audience strategies., • Lead testing and experimentation to improve conversion, attribution, and channel efficiency., • Regularly report performance insights, learnings, and recommendations to senior marketing leadership., • Help establish best practices, workflow, and process as we continue building out our acquisition marketing function. COMPENSATION: At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $121,000 - 152,000 + Bonus.
