Requirements for Behavior Technicians/RBTs/ABA Therapists: • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy., • This position requires availability between Monday to Friday in the 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. time block, with a commitment of at least 6 hours per week., • Must be willing to travel to and from client homes. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle will be required., • Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period., • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions., • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work., • Must have a fun and energetic personality, as well as the ability to keep up with active children., • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes., • Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
