What You Bring to the Team * Experience: 10+ years of progressive growth within the building construction and architectural engineering industry. * Credentials: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. * Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent professional experience. * Technical Savvy: A deep mastery of regulatory codes and the ability to analyze sophisticated system designs. * Leadership Style: A self-motivated "problem-solver" who can pivot quickly as project needs evolve without losing sight of the finer details.
