What You'll Do Support Teaching & Learning • Guide implementation of curriculum across classrooms, • Support developmentally appropriate practices, • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback, • Monitor child outcomes and support continuous improvementDevelop and Support Staff, • Coach and mentor teachers, • Assist with onboarding and professional development, • Foster a positive, collaborative culture, • Support classroom quality and best practicesEnsure Program Quality & Compliance, • Maintain VPK compliance and reporting requirements, • Coordinate assessments and analyze child development data, • Support licensing, accreditation, and grant requirements, • Maintain records and documentationSupport Operations and Family Engagement, • Assist with enrollment and family communication, • Support daily center operations, • Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment, • Collaborate with leadership to solve problems and strengthen programsQualifications Required • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, • Experience in early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice, • Knowledge of early learning standards and commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to leadershipPreferred, • Experience supporting classroom quality, mentoring educators, or leading initiatives in an early learning setting, • Experience with VPK requirements and compliance, • Experience implementing Creative Curriculum or similar curriculum models, • Familiarity with CLASS, Teaching Strategies GOLD, or other child assessment tools, • Experience with licensing, accreditation, and data collection or reporting systems, • Leadership, supervisory, instructional coaching, or program coordination experienceWe recognize that leadership comes in many forms and we value candidates who bring a passion for early childhood education, a commitment to continuous growth, and a willingness to support children, families, and fellow educators.
