Job Description Technical Practice Lead, Workday Integrations & Reporting Position Scope and Organizational Impact The Technical Practice Lead, Workday Integrations & Reporting, serves as the senior technical authority responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing an organization's Workday integration and reporting ecosystem. This role leads a team of 2–3 Workday technical professionals focused on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations, APIs, reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support HR, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and broader business operations. As both a hands-on Workday technical expert and a people leader, the Practice Lead drives the Workday technical roadmap, establishes governance standards, and delivers innovative solutions leveraging Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, Workday Reporting, Prism, and/or Extend. The role partners closely with HRIS, IT, Finance, and external vendors to enhance data quality, automation, and business decision-making.
