Job Description DUTIES: • Performs corrective action to machines (wash, paint touch-up, re-vinyl, decals, repair/replace components, replace refrigeration units)., • Test vending machine to ensure functions are working properly., • Accurately completes service invoices., • Performs carpentry as needed., • Delivers, installs and/or removes cooling/vending equipment to CC customer locations., • Stocking of Company equipment with Coca-Cola products (vendors and/or coolers) as needed upon delivery., • Assembles equipment as needed., • Assists in other departments as needed, including but not limited to Special Events and to potentially include responding to basic vending repair calls., • Stocking of delivery truck parts for equipment (i.e. coasters, locks, etc.), • Must log all serial numbers, asset and company numbers on appropriate paperwork on a daily basis., • Contacts dispatcher if Service Technician is needed., • Works closely and coordinates installation procedures with Full Service., • Performs housekeeping duties at the end of each day., • Maintains safe, organized vehicle and work areas., • Performs other duties as assigned by manager. QUALIFICATIONS: • Requires a High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma, • Minimum 1 years installation or repair experience, • Must have the ability to read and interpret job orders and wiring diagrams, • A valid NC driver license, CDL is preferred but not required, • DOT medical certification is preferred, but will consider ability to obtain after employment, • Ability to lift 65 pounds frequently, • Ability to lift 30 pounds over shoulders occasionally, • Ability to push/pull product constantly, • Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, climb stairs/ladders and bend frequently, • Ability to walk/stand at least 8 hours/daily, • Ability to be exposed to weather – hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather, • Ability to work around loud noises, • Excellent reading and math skills, • Adhere to company safety standards, • Ability to work hours as needed based on departmental schedule, • Ability to complete established departmental quotas as directed, • Maintains a professional relationship with co-workers, customers, and the public, • A good candidate must provide a good work history that demonstrates: dependability, integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent customer service and takes initiative, • Ability to pass the company’s background and Motor Vehicle Report and the company’s drug testing requirements
