Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor Location: Fallston, MD Job Type: Full-time, In-office Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year MUST PROVIDE PORTFOLIO LINK Job Description We are looking for a full-time Videographer / Video Editor to join our team in Fallston, Maryland. This is an in-office position for someone who is creative, fast, and deeply understands how content performs on social media. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently handle both filming and editing, while helping bring content ideas to life across multiple platforms. You will work directly with our Media Director to create high-quality content with a strong focus on social media-first storytelling. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that is not just visually strong, but built to hold attention, drive engagement, and perform across today’s platforms. What You’ll Do • Film and edit a wide variety of content, • Create short form vertical videos for social media, • Edit podcasts and social clips, • Produce promotional content and ads, • Assist with YouTube long form content, • Help develop creative content ideas, • Package content for social platforms with strong hooks and attention to retention, • Write captions and help shape content for platform-specific performance, • Track what content performs well and apply those insights to future edits, • Work closely with the Media Director to execute content efficiently and at a high level, • Support local shoot days as needed What We’re Looking For • Strong video editing skills, • Strong social media instincts, • Creative thinker with fresh ideas, • Great attitude and strong culture fit, • Ability to create content with a social-first mindset, • Understanding of vertical video, hooks, retention, trends, and fast turnaround, • Comfortable managing both filming and editing responsibilities, • Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, • Portfolio that shows strong editing, creative range, and social media content experience Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, • Experience with After Effects, • Entry level or mid level candidates are welcome to apply, • We are open to the right person, experience matters less than portfolio and ability Position Details • Full-time, • In-office in Fallston, Maryland, • Standard business hours with occasional shoot days outside normal hours, • Local travel for shoots may be required Compensation and Benefits • $45,000 to $55,000 per year, • PTO, • Health benefits, • Bonus opportunities, • Growth opportunities To Apply Please submit your: • Resume, • Portfolio, • Examples of social media content you have created or edited We are looking for someone who can bring creative ideas, execute strong content, and understand what makes videos work in today’s social media landscape.
