This role works closely with hiring managers and internal Talent Managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience through smooth scheduling and communication. The Assistant will own interview scheduling, maintain recruitment data, prepare offer letters, and support candidate logistics.Job Duties: • Coordinate 30–50 interviews per day across multiple locations in North America (virtual + onsite)., • Manage interview logistics including scheduling, rescheduling, and notifying managers of any candidate changes immediately., • Book travel arrangements for candidates when required., • Prepare and generate offer letters for selected candidates., • Review resumes, verify employment history, and conduct reference checks as needed., • Maintain tracking systems, files, applicant databases, and recruiting documentation., • Communicate with outside employment agencies when necessary., • Provide clear, timely updates to internal Talent Managers (working with 2–3 at a time)., • Support a fast-moving environment by staying highly responsive and detail-oriented.Qualifications:, • 2+ years of scheduling experience, high-volume preferred., • Experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.), • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail., • Ability to work at a fast pace and respond quickly., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
