What You’ll Do • Safely operate a delivery vehicle on town and rural routes, • Deliver and pick up packages from residences and businesses, • Follow route schedules using navigation systems and written instructions, • Prioritize safety, efficiency, and top-notch customer service, • Rural Areas: 50–75 stops per day, • Mixed Routes: 85–110 stops per day, • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, • Maintain a clean and professional appearance per FedEx dress code, • Load/sort packages for efficient delivery, • Communicate effectively with your manager and team, • Be punctual and reliable every day, • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, • Ability to pass a FedEx background check, drug screening, and DOT physical, • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit, • Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely; 150 lbs. with a hand truck), • Competitive pay, • Health insurance for full-time and part-time positions, • Paid training and support, • A job that keeps you active and engaged, • Long-term job security We look forward to having you on the team at NorthWest Shipping Inc. — where safety, service, and teamwork drive success!
