POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of Purchasing is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all procurement functions across our luxury hotel. Senior GMP Technician Responsibilities • Prepare the appropriate disinfectants as per SOP., • Understand the dwell time for all cleaning agents/chemicals., • Cleaning of the processing rooms following manufacturing processes and as required per procedure. This is accomplished by driving continuous improvement initiatives, process development/modification, documentation of standards/best practices, and equipment onboarding/troubleshooting. Candidate shall also support cross functional initiatives with Production, Quality and Purchasing departments to meet company goals and product quality standards. Scope of Responsibilities: \n • Troubleshooting of quality issues throughout the production process: welding, brazing, nickel plating, cleaning, and borescope inspection. Additional processes: bending.\n, • Use continuous improvement and lean techniques to increase production efficiency, eliminate waste, and drive cost savings opportunities.\n, • Support production staff with specification/technical knowledge, inspection techniques, weld/braze consumables management and day-to-day trouble shooting efforts.\n, • Documentation and standardization of processes via work instructions and operating instructions to increase efficiency, facilitate cross-training and enable proper equipment usage.\n, • Equipment and tooling on-boarding into production process to support new product, process efficiency, ergonomics or safety.
