Job Description Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons (SOS) in Montgomery, Alabama is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our well-established private practice. This high-demand position offers immediate surgical volume (80% spine / 20% general orthopaedics), access to modern facilities, strong referral networks, and a clear path to partnership.
