Job Description Job Summary: The responsibility of the crater is to ensure that product is packaged/crated in accordance with Allen Industries Inc, best practices and procedures. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, administration and supervision of Physical Therapy treatment in accordance with physician referral, state and national organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served. CORE FUNCTIONS 1. Evaluates patient's functional abilities and limitations. Determines if intervention is needed. Establishes a plan of care and treatment goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy, or equivalent. Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice. We are looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, and trustworthy to drive our company vehicle. The primary responsibility for this position will be delivering and setting up medical equipment in patient homes. This position is part time between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Occasionally, there may be weekend and overnight deliveries. Primary Job Duties: * Receives a daily route and required supply list and prepares the truck for delivery by pulling stock (e.g., wheelchairs, hospital beds, bathroom aids, medical supplies, etc.) and loading equipment on the truck. * Instructs and demonstrates patient/caregiver/nursing staff on proper and safe use of equipment * Works/drives safely in all aspects of job, while obeying all traffic laws and company procedures.
