Job Description Job Title: Painter - Foreman Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Painter - Foreman, where you will perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. Specializing in both new construction and existing buildings, the work primarily involves interior walls, with some exterior painting. All projects are conveniently located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. You will utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities. Responsibilities • Perform painting tasks for industrial and commercial projects, focusing on interior and some exterior walls., • Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns, specifically HPLV Airless Sprayers, for large industrial projects., • Apply various paint coatings to facilities., • Learn or demonstrate proficiency in airless spraying, brush and rolling, and cutting in without using tape., • 3+ years of painting experience., • 1+ year of commercial painting experience., • Experience with multi-family buildings., • Experience with office buildings. Work Environment Contractors report to job sites and work in a team environment that varies in size depending on the project. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. Core hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential for later shifts and some Saturdays as needed. The team is committed to meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
