This role is ideal for an experienced fine-dining leader seeking to leave the pressures of major metropolitan markets—without giving up compensation, prestige, or professional growth. The Role As the senior on-site leader, the General Manager will have full accountability for people, performance, financial results, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence paired with disciplined, data-driven management. You will serve as the primary liaison between ownership and the operation, ensuring alignment with vision, standards, and long-term objectives.
