Job DescriptionMIG Welder / FabricatorBuild Quality Products. Work With a Team That Values You. We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you’ll fabricate and weld a wide range of sheet metal and structural steel products, producing high‑quality parts that meet precise specifications. If you take pride in your welds, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing • Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel (14‑gauge through 1/4"), • Set up welding equipment, including adjusting current, voltage, and gas flow, • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, sketches, samples, and verbal instructions, • Fit and fabricate parts such as:, • Guards, chutes, covers, • Conveyors, tanks, frames, and flumes, • Grind, sand, and finish parts for clean, safe edges, • Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other tools, • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, • Clearly label completed parts with part numbers, • Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes, • Keep a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area, • Work closely with teammates to meet production goalsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills, • Proven MIG welding experience on 14‑ga to 1/4" steel, • Ability to read and follow blueprints and drawings, • Experience fitting and fabricating metal components, • Comfortable using grinders, sanders, and hand/power tools, • Strong attention to detail and quality, • Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranesPreferred Skills, • Experience fabricating a variety of custom industrial products, • Ability to work from samples, prototypes, and verbal instructions, • Strong problem‑solving skills, • Flexibility to support production needs (occasional extended hours or Saturdays) Our benefits include: • Medical, dental, vision & life insurance, • 401(k) with up to 6% company match after 60 days, • Generous time off:, • Starting at 10 days of vacation, increasing yearly up to 25 days, • Pro‑rated PTO in your first year, • 3 additional PTO days annually, • 2 floating holidays, • 8 paid holidays Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
