The UK plays a critical role in getting us there. Now we're looking for a world-class Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition engine and drive efficient, profitable growth. About the Role As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and lead our paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google - with a direct line to revenue. This isn't just about pulling levers in Ads Manager - though you'll do plenty of that. It's about owning the performance machine: knowing what to test, when to scale, when to kill, and how to build repeatable winners. You'll work closely with our execs and growth team to create campaigns that drive serious revenue, while keeping a ruthless eye on efficiency. You'll be both operator and strategist - in the accounts daily, but with the brain to think bigger, faster, smarter. Your Core Priorities • Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google - drive efficient, scalable growth, • Build creative feedback loops so winning ads are found, iterated, and scaled fast, • Make sharp, data-led decisions daily - on spend, on creative, on strategy, • Own budget allocation and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV, • Partner with the broader growth and creative teams to keep output high and quality higher, • Invest in emerging channels and test unconventional growth tactics Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Media Ownership • Own and manage campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns against ROAS, CPA, LTV, and new customer acquisition targets, • Manage and allocate paid media budget dynamically based on performance signals, • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new ad formats, • Test and scale emerging channels without losing focus on core performance2. Creative Performance & Feedback Loops, • Analyse ad performance to identify what's working - and what isn't - then brief creatives with clear, data-driven direction, • We use Motion for this alongside internally built tools, • Own the testing framework for hooks, formats, messaging, and offers, • Establish reporting systems that keep the creative team continuously optimising for impact, • Balance speed and quality: rapid testing without wasting spend, • Be opinionated on creative - know why an ad hits and how to replicate it3. Data, Reporting & Decision Making, • Monitor daily performance and make quick, confident, data-led calls, • Own channel reporting - know the numbers, share clear insights, drive action, • Build and maintain dashboards that surface what matters, • Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and blended vs. channel-level metrics, • Strong ability to manipulate data in Google Sheets, Mixpanel, Adjust, etc, • Spot trends early and move before the competition does4. Growth & Experimentation, • Run a structured experimentation programme across campaigns, audiences, landing pages, and offers, • Work closely with the wider team on CRO, onboarding, and funnel optimisation, • Identify and test adjacent growth channels - GEO, SEO, affiliates, influencer performance - where relevant, • A steady stream of winning creatives fuelling profitable growth, • Clear, data-backed decisions that maximise return on spend, • Consistent, sustainable improvements in ROAS, CPA, and LTV, • We're always ahead of the curve in digital acquisition, • Strong creative feedback loops running without being chased, • New customer acquisition volume, • CAC/CPA’s, • Diminishing return curve on CAC, • Conversion rate and funnel performance, • A performance marketer first - you live in Ads Manager and love it, • Commercially sharp and data-obsessed, but with a genuine creative eye, • Fast-moving and restless - always looking for the next edge, • A clear and confident communicator - with creatives, with data, with stakeholders, • Autonomous and accountable - you own the number and you're proud of it, • 5+ years in performance marketing, with strong hands-on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads experience, • Proven track record scaling DTC or subscription brands profitably, • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and growth economics, • Experience owning and managing significant paid media budgets, • Strong creative feedback and briefing skills - you know what makes an ad work, • Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AI-driven discovery channels, • Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, or lifecycle/retention marketing, • Experience with affiliate, influencer performance, or creator-led acquisition, • Fully remote - work from anywhere, • Significant paid media budget with full ownership and autonomy, • Competitive salary, benefits, and stock options., • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with tenure, capped at 27., • Up to 3 weeks international remote working per year, time-zone dependent., • Cash bonus for completing 50 workouts per quarter., • Monthly learning budget and courses., • Experience and performance interview, 30 minutes., • Paid task, scoped to seniority.
