Our client, a leading provider of construction security solutions, is searching for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to expand its market presence and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in leading a talented sales team and developing comprehensive sales strategies while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets., • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, focusing on continuous improvement and performance enhancement., • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector., • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with market needs., • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic direction., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)., • 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the construction or security industries., • Strong understanding of construction security solutions and related technologies., • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives., • Bonus Potential: Annual performance bonus of up to €15,000., • Additional Incentives: Includes stock options, a company car, and 22 days of paid vacation., • Career Advancement: Clear path to transition into a Director-level position.
