This hybrid position requires four days on site and remote work on Fridays. Reporting to the SCM Operations Strategy Director, the role supports strategic supply chain initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and new product development across our global organization. /p /brh3Job Duties And Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead supply chain-related programs and projects across global and regional teams, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives. /li /brliAct as the primary supply chain representative for assigned programs, engaging and aligning stakeholders across multiple functions. /li /brliDrive customs, compliance, and operational process initiatives to support business growth and regulatory requirements. /li /brliPartner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles. /li /brliCoordinate supply chain activities supporting new product development, supplier transitions, outsourcing initiatives, cost-reduction programs, and acquisition integrations. /li /brliDevelop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and risk-mitigation plans. /li /brliSupport make-versus-buy evaluations and total cost of ownership assessments to enable informed business decisions. /li /brliEnsure supply chain strategies align with regional and global category management objectives. /li /brliIdentify potential operational, supply chain, or technical risks and drive appropriate mitigation and recovery plans. /li /brliEstablish clear communication plans and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. /li /brliFacilitate decision-making, resolve project challenges, and, when required, elevate issues to maintain momentum and delivery timelines. /li /brliDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, scalability, and efficiency. /li /brliPromote adherence to documented processes, governance standards, and project-management best practices. /li /brliSupport business integration activities associated with acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. /li /brliTravel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%). /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills and Competencies /h3 /brul /brliProven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs or projects within a complex business environment. /li /brliStrong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence, align, and secure commitment across multiple functions and levels of an organization. /li /brliDemonstrated ability to drive accountability and deliver results through influence rather than direct authority. /li /brliStrong process orientation with a governance and compliance mindset. /li /brliExperience developing and implementing structured project plans, workflows, and business processes. /li /brliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. /li /brliStrong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. /li /brliAbility to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li /brliExperience leading change and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li /brliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project-management tools. /li /brliExperience working with ERP systems and business applications. /li /br /ul /brh3Preferred Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliExperience supporting customs, compliance, regulatory, or supply-chain governance programs. /li /brliKnowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems. /li /brliFamiliarity with project-management methodologies and best practices. /li /brliExperience working within a global or regional business environment. /li /brliUnderstanding of supply-chain, procurement, operations, engineering, or manufacturing processes. /li /brliKnowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies. /li /brliExperience using tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar business systems. /li /brliAbility to interpret technical specifications, drawings, bills of materials, or engineering documentation. /li /br /ul /brh3Education and Experience /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Supply-Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline. /li /brliMinimum of five years’ experience in program management, project management, supply-chain, operations, compliance, or related business functions. /li /brliProfessional certifications such as PMP, CPIM, CSCP, CPM, or MBA are advantageous but not required. /li /brliWe welcome candidates from a range of
