YOUR MISSION • Define and deploy the Group’s commercial strategy (3 months, 1 year, 2 years) by country and by industry., • Supervise the USA Country Manager, the Germany Country Manager, and the Sales Director France & International., • Lead and coordinate the Marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities., • Ensure consistent commercial processes, CRM usage, and reporting across all countries., • Support teams during key negotiations and strategic deals worldwide., • Develop and monitor performance indicators (pipeline, win rates, revenue targets). PROFILE • Minimum 5 years’ experience as International Sales Director in mechanical or metallurgical industries., • Successful track record in scale-up environments., • Experience managing 3+ sales teams (minimum 5 people each) plus a marketing team., • Operational English mandatory; German is a plus., • Proven digital marketing and CRM experience., • Strong business acumen, customer focus, and problem-solving skills. LOCATION Position based in Rennes, France, with regular international travel (USA, Germany, Europe). The role allows for two days of remote work per week.
