Role Mission As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Paris, you will be a key driver of Noota's growth, proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients to introduce them to our innovative AI-powered productivity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and research new business opportunities within target markets., • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold/warm calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads., • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and effectively articulate Noota's unique value proposition., • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team., • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and prospect interactions within our CRM system., • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging., • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and Noota's evolving product features. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role, ideally within a dynamic startup environment., • Demonstrated resilience and a proactive approach to cold calling and engaging new prospects., • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English., • Strong active listening and questioning abilities to uncover prospect needs and pain points., • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions., • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools., • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Bonus Skills • Experience selling SaaS or AI-powered solutions., • Familiarity with the productivity, collaboration, or recruitment technology landscape. Success Criteria (12 months) • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead generation targets., • Successfully schedule a defined number of high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives., • Contribute to a measurable increase in the sales pipeline., • Become a product expert, effectively communicating Noota's value to diverse prospects., • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
