To continue our growth, we are looking for a: Technical Business Developer – Permanent contract (CDI) – Full-time GENERAL MISSION Reporting directly to Management, you play a key role in the commercial development and growth of Intraspec Technologies. As a true driver of business development, you are the first point of contact for clients and prospects. You identify, qualify, and develop new commercial opportunities, primarily for high value-added technical expert services. At the interface between the market and internal expert teams, you understand clients’ technical challenges, structure their needs, and build—working closely with the technical teams—tailored and differentiating offers. You actively contribute to opening new accounts, growing revenue, and consolidating long-term relationships with existing clients, with a focus on measurable results and value creation. ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProspecting and development of new accounts • Identify new markets, sectors, and development opportunities., • Implement targeted and structured prospecting actions., • Develop the network of partners and prescribers., • Actively participate in trade fairs, conferences, and professional events. Commercial development and client relationships, • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with industrial and institutional clients., • Identify technical needs, understand client challenges, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the technical team., • Prepare technico-commercial proposals (scope definition, quotations, lead times, deliverables)., • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals., • Ensure follow-up of commercial projects through to operational launch. Contribution to communication and visibility, • Contribute to promoting Intraspec’s image and expertise., • Contribute to enriching sales and communication materials (presentations, technical content, website)., • Take initiative in proposing communication and marketing actions in line with the sales strategy. Reporting and steering, • Monitor commercial activity (opportunities, quotations, orders)., • Keep tracking and reporting tools up to date., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes. DESIRED PROFILEEducation and experience • Master’s degree (Bac+5) with dual technical (electronics, physics, materials, instrumentation, or equivalent) and commercial competence., • A first successful experience in an industrial, technical, or techno-commercial environment is expected. Skills • Strong interest in client relationships and business development., • Ability to understand and promote complex technical services., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with office tools; ease with digital tools appreciated., • Fluent French; professional English essential.
