We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to work on our maintenance business.
You will be the direct point of contact for our maintenance clients to log their issues and get updates, so you must have strong spoken English and be organised and friendly.
You will be required to arrange our engineers schedules and organise emergency response to issues so should be calm under pressure.
We are ideally looking for staff with experience of customer service and helpdesk roles.
You will work in Aldgate and will be based in a front of house reception setting, so must be smart and presentable, with good manners.
