Salary Guide: £23,000 – £26,000
Customer Service Advisor Role: A Customer Service Advisor, also known as a Customer Service Assistant, is the company's or organization's initial point of contact for customers seeking guidance. Answering client questions, offering product recommendations or suggestions, and delivering information about services or products are all primary responsibilities.
Other responsibilities include: handling customer complaints escalating issues to the technical team or other members of the product team updating customer information in the company database informing customers about new and existing products and services Keeping track of new orders and refunds; making sales and processing payments as needed; and doing administrative activities as assigned by the Supervisor

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities Taking inbound calls on behalf of a leading telecommunications provider (approximately 20-40 per day) Assisting customers with any technical problems or billing queries they may have, in an attentive and empathetic manner You will navigate through multiple systems while talking to the customer, so multitasking is essential for this role You will occasionally have to deal with difficult or unhappy customers, so it is important that you are prepared to deal with them.
