Your New Role… As Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Applications, you will contribute to the delivery and evolution of custom-built, cloud-native applications that support Warner Bros. Discovery’s internal operations. These products are primarily web-based, with selected mobile use cases, and are developed in close collaboration with external engineering partners. Working alongside senior product leaders, architects, and business stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into well-defined product features and functional designs, supporting the delivery of scalable, secure digital solutions. This role is well suited to a product manager who is technically curious, business-oriented, and eager to grow in complex enterprise environments. Your Role Accountabilities… * Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of custom enterprise applications, from discovery and design through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs, document requirements, and validate proposed solutions * Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and backlog items * Work closely with external development partners and internal teams to support agile delivery, including sprint planning and backlog refinement * Contribute to solution design discussions, helping ensure applications follow cloud-native principles and architectural best practices * Support the use of data, analytics, and AI-enabled features where they create measurable business value * Assist with UAT coordination, release preparation, rollout activities, and post-launch support * Maintain product documentation and support user adoption across stakeholder groups * Track product progress, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues where appropriate Qualifications & Experience… * Experience in product management or product ownership for digital applications (web and/or mobile), ideally in an enterprise or B2B environment * Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and work collaboratively with technical teams * Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern application architectures * Exposure to data-driven products, analytics, reporting, or dashboards; interest in AI/ML-powered capabilities is a plus * Familiarity with agile delivery practices, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Good organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through * Experience with tools such as Figma, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar is beneficial * Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline preferred #tech Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Job Description The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the product strategy and execution for our Accounts Receivable Automation solution. This role involves overseeing a team of product managers, driving AI-driven initiatives, and leveraging extensive experience in ERP financial systems to ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds customer expectations. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals, aligning with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Your role in our future • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers., • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the product management team., • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Accounts Receivable Automation solution., • Translate product strategy into actionable product roadmaps., • AI-Driven Product Development, • Integrate AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and customer experience., • Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into the product., • Market and Customer Insights, • Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities., • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas to grow market share and drive growth., • Product Lifecycle Management, • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond., • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback., • Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery., • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the organization., • Performance and Metrics, • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success., • Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Your profile • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years in a senior role., • Proven track record of managing and leading product teams., • Extensive experience with ERP financial systems and Accounts Receivable processes., • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development., • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development processes., • Excellent leadership and team management skills., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive management., • Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving customer problems., • Ability to anticipate future challenges and proactively address them., • Experience working in an agile software development environment., • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
