Key Responsibilities Provide care for patients from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis for patients within general practice. Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.Requirements Essential: Experience in a primary care setting. NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status. Minor injury and illness qualification.
