Front of House Assistant We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Eden Locke, Edinburgh . When and Where? 24 hours per week, over 3 days We believe in working flexibly, including flexibility around working days, weekends, bank holidays and working hours. About the Job As a Front of House Assistant , you will make sure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming guests and supporting check ins and check outs • Handling bookings, payments and guest requests • Welcoming guests and helping in our F&B areas • Delivering food and drinks and keeping the space clean and inviting • Handling guest issues with a positive and solution focused approach • Supporting events and activations • Working flexibly across the hotel and supporting your colleagues • Following hotel, health and safety and brand standards What We're Looking For • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred • Friendly, confident and professional communication • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask • A positive, can do attitude and willingness to use your initiative • Comfortable working as part of a team • Confidence using IT systems Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people .
