This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in varied environments, enjoy supporting young people, and want to make a meaningful difference in local schools. As an SEN Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other learning differences., • Work across specialist provisions, mainstream schools, and alternative settings., • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils access learning and develop confidence., • Assist with behaviour support, emotional regulation, and personalised learning strategies.
