Registered Manager Domiciliary Care Location: Wandsworth & Amersham (with Amersham operating as a satellite branch to the main Wandsworth office) Salary: £42,000 £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (subject to the needs of the business) Contract: Full Time | PermanentSome leadership roles are about managing a service. From supporting older adults to individuals living with long-term health conditions, you'll help ensure every client feels respected, valued, and empowered.This is a role where relationships matter with clients, families, staff, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.What You'll Be Doing Your role will combine leadership, compliance, operational management, and business development.Service Leadership Overseeing the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care serviceLeading and developing office staff, coordinators, supervisors, and care teamsCreating a positive culture built around quality, compassion, and accountabilityEnsuring clients receive outstanding, person-centred supportCompliance & Quality Maintaining CQC compliance and regulatory standardsEnsuring care plans, risk assessments, and documentation remain accurate and up to dateManaging audits, safeguarding concerns, incidents, and quality assurance processesDriving continuous service improvement and best practiceTeam Development Recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance managementSupporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and regular supervisionsCreating a positive environment where staff feel supported, valued, and motivatedPromoting retention and career progression within the teamGrowth & Business Development Supporting the continued growth of the service across both territoriesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals, commissioners, and private clientsIdentifying opportunities to increase care hours and expand service provisionSupporting new package onboarding and ensuring smooth transitions for clientsOperational Responsibilities Managing service budgets and financial performanceMonitoring KPIs and service performance metricsParticipating in on-call duties as part of the management teamEnsuring effective communication across all departments and stakeholdersWhat Makes This Service Different This service is built on the belief that care should never feel transactional.The focus is on creating meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping people continue living the life they choose within the place they feel most comfortable their own home.The organisation prides itself on delivering care that is tailored to each individual, recognising that no two people are the same.
