You’ll need a good balance of operational, strategic, commercial, project management skills as well as the ability to create long-lasting and strong relationships with key customers and external stakeholders.You’ll be leading all operational activities and compliance, SHEQ requirements, continuous improvement and maintaining close links between technical, pricing and sales to ensure that leverage and integration is maximised.We’re looking for a strong leader to develop a performance-driven culture, with emphasis on ownership, accountability, transparency and development of the facility and its people.
