SEMH Support Worker – Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) Location: Leeds – accessible from Wakefield, Bradford, Dewsbury, and surrounding areas Full-time and Part-time roles available Salary: £101.40 – £120 per day Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term-time only) Start Date: Immediate / September About the Role Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We’re recruiting SEMH Support Workers for a specialist PRU in Leeds. The unit supports pupils aged 11–16 who may have complex behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in SEN, youth work, care, psychology, or support services. If you’re committed, patient, and empathetic, you can help these pupils re-engage with learning, develop emotional regulation, and build confidence in a structured and supportive environment.
