We’re looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our small but highly capable technical team. This role is ideal for someone who truly understands IT infrastructure and thrives on handling escalations, troubleshooting advanced issues, and improving core systems and processes. Our clients — including large organisations and high-net-worth individuals — expect rapid resolutions and minimal downtime. You’ll play a key role in delivering that high standard of service. Key Responsibilities • Managing escalated support issues and complex troubleshooting, • Monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime, • Communicating with clients via phone, Zoho Desk, and email, • Occasional ad-hoc site visits, • Improving internal processes and documentation, • Collaborating with suppliers and technology partners, • Delivering infrastructure projects, • Configuring new services and implementing system changes Technologies You’ll Work With • Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), • Security platforms, • Microsoft Exchange, • Microsoft 365, • Firewalls, • Managed switches, • SIP / VoIP phone systems, • Networking protocols, • CCTV installations About You • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and supporting diverse platforms, • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach, • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Full UK driving licence (essential), • 4+ years in a technical support or infrastructure role (preferred) What We Offer • Competitive salary (£26,000–£32,000 depending on experience), • Company pension, • Work-from-home flexibility, • Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour shift), • Overtime available as required
