The estate operates its own biodynamic farm, with chefs regularly engaging directly with the land to shape menus inspired by the freshest fruits, herbs, and flowers available. Awarded a Michelin Green Star, the kitchen champions a refined yet natural approach to pastry, allowing high-quality ingredients to speak for themselves through elegant, thoughtful execution. The Role Working closely with a passionate pastry team, the Senior Chef de Partie will play a key role in delivering a constantly evolving pastry offering across restaurant service, afternoon tea, and in-room dining. This position suits a chef who thrives in a creative, produce-driven environment and is confident working with changing menus, seasonal ingredients, and high standards of execution.
