As a Groundworks Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on groundworks, hard landscaping and external fabric repairs across multiple sites. This is a mobile role, covering several sites within the local region, ensuring all locations remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
